Cortez 26 will accommodate up to 12 passengers running with as little as 150 horsepower. Most owners will find that 150HP will provide very economical and quick boating but for higher speed you may consider a 175HP, 200HP, 250HP or 2 x 115HP. The 26 has an amazingly dry ride and handles rough seas like a champ. After all, these boats are often run 100 miles offshore in the commercial fishing industry. Cortez Boats adds luxury and refinement to our 26' panga with a large rear bench seat and drop-down teak table with U shaped seating forward. She is the perfect all around boat!
