Fleming and Chuck Hovey Yachts – Future: Our successful practice for our NEW Flemings is to have as many options completed by the factory as possible, prior to shipping, which greatly simplifies the commissioning process of your boat and also decreases the wait time for local installed options to be installed. Our Flemings come from the factory with options already installed such as bow thrusters, stern thrusters, stabilizers, hard tops, anchor, chain, underwater lights, underwater cameras, kelp cutters, electronics transducers and come pre-wired and pre-plumbed for the water makers and bait systems. When your boat arrives the local installed option list is short and simple, normally including a custom interior décor soft goods package designed especially for your boat to your individual taste, the installation of the water maker (already factory pre-wired and pre-plumbed), a dinghy (power rotating dingy davit already factory installed), the installation of the audio visual package (again already factory pre-wired) and the installation of the electronics navigation package. CHY has believed from the beginning that yacht electronics are a specialty unto themselves and therefore require experts dedicated solely to that field. Electronics are unique to each individual owner's requirements and that is why it is absolutely necessary that we utilize on our trusted network of electronic equipment specialists to directly advise, install, provide CAD schematic drawings, train and support the rapidly changing complexities of navigation electronics for our valued clients. CHY passes through all of the local installed option prices direct to our clients at dealer cost without mark-up, and provides copies of all local installed option original invoices for the owner's records.
