"CABARET"  offers a unique opportunity to acquire a one-owner vessel, yes this vessel has had the same owner for 32 years, not something you will see very often. She was specifically ordered for local cruising grounds here in Southern California. She has recently had some notable updates such as new carpeting, new canvas, new mattresses in the MSR & VIP cabins and new soft goods throughout. She is a three stateroom, three head layout,  all with ensuite stall showers.  The galley is appointed with full size appliances and is open to the main salon with an abundance of counter space. Like most Asian-built yachts of this era, the interior is fully paneled in rich quality teak woodwork and cabinetry. Additional features include bridge overhangs for the side-decks and the aft-deck, and my favorite, an excellent walk-in engine room, something all of us who have spent time in tight engine rooms will appreciate.

The interior is rich-teak woods throughout; three staterooms with 3 ensuite heads offers three-levels of living and entertaining space. Nice walk-around covered side-decks make line handling and picking up a mooring in Catalina a breeze especially with her optional bow & stern thrusters.

Entering from the spacious aft-deck through double doors to a open and airy salon with large windows providing an abundance of natural light. The galley is forward with an abundance of storage and counter space for preparing meals at the dock or on the hook.

Moving forward to the dedicated pilothouse with excellent visibility because of the location of the house further forward; excellent helm area for installing the latest Navionics; comfortable raised settee providing great visibility while underway.

Access to the guest cabins via a spiral staircase; the VIP Guest Cabin is midship with excellent storage both hanging and drawer; ensuite head with Vacu-Flush marine toilet system with large stall shower; flat-panel TV; moving forward to forward guest cabin V-berth configuration with insert; writing desk; ensuite head and stall shower also with Vacu-Flush marine toilet and access to the chain locker.

Returning to the salon and accessing the Master-Cabin again via spiral staircase; Center-line queen berth; large hanging locker space; settee; make-up area; Ensuite head with very large stall shower and again Vacu-Flush toilet; all the ports in the staterooms are stainless steel; returning to the landing access to the walk-in engine room space with easy access to all the machinery and associated systems.
