Heavily built, Monk designed, flush deck cockpit motor yacht was repowered this past year (2016) with NEW 6 cylinder Cummins 430hp diesels. She has merely 135 hours and  will cruise comfortably and economically at 12 knots with maximum speed of 20 knots. There is a Northern Lights generator, solar panels, and inverter providing AC current to air condition and heat her two staterooms, each with adjoining head & shower.  Many upgrades including galley appliances, electronics and more make this Classic Yacht a rare find. One enters the vessel from the starboard side by a fold-down Johnny Callahan teak ladder to the covered aft deck where there is a varnished teak table with four wicker chairs. Forward of the aft deck is the command bridge with the helm on center. The vessel is steered by a teak spoke wheel, with a double Stidd helm chair. There is a bench seat to port with storage below. The command bridge has three large windows forward with wipers and slide open windows port and starboard. The ships electrical panel is adjacent to the helm and the companionway is to starboard with door and hinged top.  

Down three steps to the salon. The salon is spacious with three large windows facing forward and slide open windows port and starboard. The windows have new curtains as well as roll down shades. There is a hi-lo varnished teak table on center with leather sofas port and starboard. There is a small side table with lamp forward to starboard and a large TV on counter top.  Aft in the salon is a tall Norcold AC/DC frost free refrigerator freezer (2016) and desk area. There are storage cabinets outboard and aft as well as a counter top overlooking the galley to port.

Forward and down three steps, which hinges providing access to engine room, one finds the U-shape galley to port. The galley has a Kenyon Silken induction 2-burner cook top facing aft, a Fisher & Paykel stainless dishwasher below, a large double stainless sink with pull out faucet facing outboard, and a tall Norcold AC/DC refrigerator freezer and Sharp Carosel microwave convection oven facing forward. There is abundant counter area and storage cabinets with two opening ports. Galley has new hardwood sole.

Guest head is opposite to starboard with access through a sliding pocket door. There is a stall shower with a hand held massage faucet, an opening port, a formica sink built into the countertop, Sealand vacu-flush marine toilet, a large mirror on the aft bulkhead, a hinged magnifying mirror, cabinets and towel racks. 

Continuing forward through a privacy door is the forward guest stateroom which has two raised berths with storage below, a large hanging locker to starboard and a mirrored bulkhead aft to port. There are cabinets with drawers port and starboard, an overhead hatch, four opening ports and access to the chain locker forward. 

From the salon down and aft to port leads to the owner's aft stateroom. This stateroom has berths port and starboard with storage below, windows which slide open, a desk facing aft with a mirrored bulkhead, a hanging locker forward with secondary new electrical panel, and cabinets with drawers to port. Adjoining aft head to starboard has a stall shower with hand held massage faucet, formica counter with built-in sink, a Sealand vacu-flush marine toilet, a slide open window, cabinets, mirror and towel racks. The entire interior is carpeted with the exception of new hardwood flooring in heads and galley.  New LED lighting (2015) throughout interior.

Deck and Topsides

From the aft deck and down three teak steps to the cockpit area. This area has Nu-teak simulated low maintenance flooring, a large hinged top dunnage box for the watermaker and membranes, and a lazarette hatch providing access to steering and rudder posts. There are storage lockers port and starboard and a transom door which opens inward leading to a teak swim step. There is stainless fold-down swim ladder, a transom shower, a Magna stainless BBQ and an electric Roskelly-Ollsen 12V stern davit. A 12' Novurania center console hard bottom inflatable (2000) with a 40hp Suzuki four-stroke outboard (2000) is on the davit.  Danforth 20H stern anchor with 5/8" nylon rode.

The deck and coach roof is fiberglass over marine ply painted non-skid with varnished teak cap rail and hand rail. There is an opening hatch over forward stateroom on center. Stainless bow pulpit with stanchions aft to boarding gates port and starboard with swing out racks for paddle boards. There is an Ideal electric windlass mounted on a teak anchor platform with a bronze anchor roller and Danforth 35H anchor on 5/16" chain. Solar panels on top of the command bridge provides additional AC power and there is a SeaWatch Omni directional TV antenna. There are canvas covers for the dinghy, BBQ, table on aft deck and drop canvas between helm and aft deck.  Hull has molded spray rails and stainless steel rub rail. Note:  New bottom paint June 2017.
